Most things are faster to resolve from the page they concern, because the report arrives attached to the review or listing in question.
A review is false, abusive, or contains personal information
Use the Report link underneath that review. It goes straight to a moderator with the review attached.
The landlord or address on a listing is wrong
Use “Something wrong with this listing?” on the building or landlord page. Deed dates and ACRIS records help us verify quickly.
You manage a building and want to reply to a review
Use “Work for [company]?” under the review. We verify you work there, then publish your response beside it permanently.
Read the guidelines first →Your building isn't listed
Add it yourself — it takes about a minute and you can write the first review straight away.
Add a building →Legal notices and everything else
Formal notices, defamation claims, press enquiries, and anything the tools above don’t cover: eja561@hotmail.com. We read everything sent there, and we answer notices that identify the specific content and what about it is inaccurate.
What we will and won’t do
We remove reviews that contain false statements of fact, personal contact information, harassment, or spam. We do not remove reviews for being negative, and removal cannot be bought — if anyone offers to sell you one, it is not us.
We correct factual errors about buildings and ownership as soon as we can verify them. Reviews stay attached to the owner they were written about, so correcting who owns a building today does not erase what tenants said about whoever owned it before.
