This building’s record with the City

Complaints tenants filed with 311, and repairs a City inspector has asked for. Most repairs are routine maintenance. Both describe the building rather than the people in it, and often predate the current management.

5.0/5No open repairs or complaints on recordScored from the records below against every building we cover. It is not a tenant rating. Nobody who lived here said this.

Clean record: nothing outstanding, and no complaints from tenants in the past year.

It has not always been clear. Since October 2023 the City recorded 4 violations here, 2 of them immediately hazardous, all since resolved.
