The landlords are the sweetest couple whose daughter manages everything. Their daughter is super responsive and I can really tell the family cares about this unit. They’ve made me feel like I’m part of their family. I feel like I’ve won the landlord lottery!!
Complaints tenants filed with 311, and repairs a City inspector has asked for. Most repairs are routine maintenance. Both describe the building rather than the people in it, and often predate the current management.
Clean record: nothing outstanding, and no complaints from tenants in the past year.
